SET OF TWO CONVEYORS

WITH PRODUCT VALIDATION

The device, delivered as a set of two conveyors, offers many advanced features that significantly increase efficiency and precision in the product marking and validation process.

First conveyor:

Designed to move paper boxes smoothly and continuously, it enables precise marking of batch numbers and expiration dates. Printers mounted on a stand can mark products at the same time, which significantly speeds up the process.

 

Second conveyor:

Equipped with advanced quality control systems, such as a code reader and a pneumatic repeller. Thanks to this, each product is carefully checked for the readability of 2D codes and weight compliance. Elements that do not meet certain standards are automatically rejected, which minimizes the risk of errors in the further production process.

 

Integration with the validation unit:

External validation unit: A validation unit can be integrated between two conveyors, which additionally checks the print quality, data correctness and compliance with regulatory requirements. This is additional quality assurance that increases the certainty that only the highest quality products reach further stages of production.

 

Advanced functions of the conveyor with a code reader:

2D code reader: The device scans codes placed on paper boxes, verifying their correctness and legibility. If an unreadable or incorrect code is detected, the conveyor signals a problem.

 

Pneumatic repeller:

This mechanism automatically removes items from the production line that do not meet certain criteria, such as unreadable 2D codes or incorrect weight. This ensures high quality of final products and reduces waste.
